SalesForce makes developing and implementation very fast and easy. Also, features like multisite management, catalog management, Multiple locations, Content management is available which makes my task much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The SalesForce offers a very rich catalog of features which make it difficult to organize and find when we need them. Also, there are several inconsistencies in the layout while running them. The "Related" tab is very annoying that we have to click on it. I think it should be more user-friendly.

TCO - Total Cost of ownership is less as compared to other B2C competitors.

And moreover the product is getting improved with every new release from Sales Force.

lacking some operations that needed to be performed in a timely manner,As robust as the front end is the back-end requires a lot of development and legwork. With the vast array of features it can be overwhelming trying to clean up the front end UI to be aesthetically pleasing and comfortable for the end user to navigate. Even though this is a lightning module there is a good amount of administrator tasks that require you to be in classic mode to configure.
