I have been using Salesforce B2C Commerce since 1.5 year and I have never seen such an interactive tool with so much of business touch and feel. All the options are at the right place which makes it very helpful to provide best support to the customer. There is an option to see the timeline which comes very handy when you are trying to track down your work with the customer so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

Salesforce B2C commerce comes with somewhat limited options for some parameters. It should be better if it is in sync with some cloud, this would be very helpful for the users. Also, there is limitations on the size of the files that can be shared with the customers. The interface is also not very appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
