**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I like the entire ecosystem that Salesforce Agentforce has, especially the part of Legend Force Builder and the new builder with the engine script section. I also highly value the monitoring part, as it allows for observation and provides traceability and auditing of everything that happens with the agents. Additionally, I appreciate how easy the initial setup is, as it is all declarative and guided.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Well, I think the Agile Script part still doesn't work very well, the new builder produces some errors, sometimes it also generates some errors. So, sometimes when you try to edit a script or some code in the new builder, it gives errors that are not correct. Errors that cannot be fixed, you have to start making the agent again, and there are some specific functionalities that are still not available with the new builder, like the Voice part.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Salesforce Agentforce to assist internal employees by improving their productivity, generating summaries, reducing operation time, and providing self-service to customers, facilitating automatic responses to frequently asked questions.

Working at The Haven, we need to keep clients organized and maintain a quick, reliable way to search for information. Salesforce helps us do both by bringing everything together in one secure place.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Whenever I’m making notes on a client’s file and the phone rings, it knocks me out of the profile I’m working in and doesn’t let me save the information before switching to the profile that’s calling in.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit for me is quick organization. I don’t have to shuffle through pages of records just to find a client. Salesforce makes it easy to move quickly from file to file so I can better serve the Haven community.

I like the simplicity of the sales tracker and the ability to leave notes on accounts. Day to day it is easy to use. I set tasks 60 days in advance, so I come into work every day with a mission.

I have been using Salesforce since September 2025 and so far, I have not had any bad experiences. Being able to use the technical support for times where I have questions is very helpful.

Being able to keep track of working leads, and easy access to contact information. I find the whole process and UI of salesforce very easy to use on any level.

Native to Salesforce, the Atlas reasoning engine works great. It’s easy to implement and works amazingly well with the context already in Salesforce. With the Slack integration, adoption can also be pushed more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Voice - realtime should be enabled for employee agents so users can use voice commands to create leads or query records. Also, there should be a way to import Claude projects into Agentforce.

We’re automating business processes by enabling our GTM teams to create leads and add meetings using employee agents. We’re also using Agentforce to automate internal workflows, such as creating OKRs.

Manages leads easily and get an option to update the status of leads post every discussion. Lakhs of leads received however no issues faced to identify the status of the leads. Easily able to make a report on individual basis of the team members.

Nothing as of now, however it has been working fine. Using Salesforce for more than 3 years, I have never had issues with Salesforce. Sometimes it's just little slowness however if you have a good internet speed, you won't be facing that too.

Helps us to manage our leads. Update the status of each leads. Create Reports on an individual basis. This reduces the manual work ok keeping a track of the leads and their status.

It automates tasks that the customer service agents would otherwise have to do manually, which is a huge time saver and allows them to focus on more productive activities. I find it very user-friendly.

Since it’s still in the initial phase, we are still working to see how it can work in a batch like if we have a number of cases with a few coming together how to process it simultaneously and once or twice that we have tried it the system got stuck up and it just hanged forever so trying to fix that issue.

The initial setup was quite easy, particularly with the help from Trailhead and staff, making the onboarding process smooth. I don't like that there are situations where there's a lot of lag, and you can't actually do anything about it. I really like how Salesforce Agentforce makes building intelligent agents simple directly within Salesforce. It's impressive how it retrieves information automatically, reducing a lot of manual effort. What impressed me most is its easy integration with Agentforce data and action. You can trigger flows, retrieve records, and connect with external systems all within the agent's framework. As a developer, I find it quite flexible, allowing me to design topics, define actions using auto-launch flows, and invocable actions. It lets me control the agent behavior while maintaining a conversational user experience. I also appreciate that it's a powerful tool for building AI-driven automation inside Salesforce without the complexity of a custom system. Additionally, you can perform many tasks without switching between numerous screens, which I find convenient. Setting up Salesforce Agentforce was very easy, thanks to the community support and available resources.

Room is not built in a single day. It requires lots of stuff. I already started working on open source tools, but it's not enterprise security. The major game changer in terms of agent forces like Einstein Trust layer which keeps data demasking and data masking and zero plus clear that privacy concerns are taken into consideration. And features can be added as per the development skills we hold.

I find Agentscripts and dx in Salesforce Agentforce really cool. Agentscripts makes agent development very easy, especially compared to the boring old way of using the UI. The ability to develop agents locally and test them with dx is amazing. I also like that it provides session tracing locally. It's an easy way for our customers to pull data using prompts. The initial setup was easy too.

The responses to prompts are sometimes bad. Ask the same question multiple times and the responses become repetitive. Also, you have to specify too much detail to Salesforce Agentforce compared to Claude and ChatGPT.

Well to be honest the Agent Builder is what got me. Like once you get your topics and actions set up properly, the thing just runs on its own. We connected it to our service cloud and the deflection rate on basic cases went up pretty quickly. No more repetitive "where's my order" tickets eating up the queue. The fact that it pulls context from data cloud means the responses don't feel robotic either. It actually knows that who the customer is actually. Big win for our team.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

Honestly the data cloud dependency is frustrating. It's an extra cost most teams don't see coming. Getting the topics and actions dialed in takes way longer than Salesforce makes it sound. Also hit some weird hallucinations early on before we tightened up the grounding. Not a dealbreaker but definitely not plug and play.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well our support queue was a mess before and agents were spending half their day on repetitive L1 cases. Agentforce handles all of that now through the Service Cloud integration. Case deflection has gone up noticeably and the handoff to a live agent when things escalate actually works smoothly. We also used it for internal stuff like hooked it up to our knowledge base so new reps can get answers without bugging senior team members every five minutes. Overall just made the whole operation leaner.

The Agentforce prompt is another feature I value; it enables our customers to use their microphone to dictate and ask questions in an expedited manner. Additionally, the initial setup of Salesforce Agentforce was very simple.

It’s only available with specific configurations of the salesforce platform so adoption is limited to those that invest in this tech. Otherwise, there’s not much not to like

It has significantly reduced the amount of support staff needed to assist customers. That said, there still needs to be a shift on the consumer side so they can truly understand it and engage with it.

I am very likely to recommend Salesforce Agentforce to a friend or colleague. It is easy to use and does not need much training. It helps me work faster and organize tasks better. Overall, it makes daily work simpler.

Some features are hard to understand at first and need time to learn. The setup can be confusing without clear guidance. Also, it sometimes feels too complex for simple tasks that should be quicker to do. This can slow down the work at the beginning.

Salesforce Agentforce helps automate daily tasks and manage customer requests faster. It reduces manual work and saves time. I can focus more on important tasks instead of repetitive ones. This makes my work easier and more efficient. We keep all the sales deals in one place.

It requires Data Cloud. It just seems like another barrier to entry that will be difficult to commit to. I also worry about the cost because I’m sure there is some kind of utilization cost

I don’t currently use Agentforce. I would like to use it but again in my prior comments I mentioned that I’m worried about being able to convince my leadership to invest in it
