What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?

I really like how Salesforce Agentforce makes building intelligent agents simple directly within Salesforce. It's impressive how it retrieves information automatically, reducing a lot of manual effort. What impressed me most is its easy integration with Agentforce data and action. You can trigger flows, retrieve records, and connect with external systems all within the agent's framework. As a developer, I find it quite flexible, allowing me to design topics, define actions using auto-launch flows, and invocable actions. It lets me control the agent behavior while maintaining a conversational user experience. I also appreciate that it's a powerful tool for building AI-driven automation inside Salesforce without the complexity of a custom system. Additionally, you can perform many tasks without switching between numerous screens, which I find convenient. What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?

Room is not built in a single day. It requires lots of stuff. I already started working on open source tools, but it's not enterprise security. The major game changer in terms of agent forces like Einstein Trust layer which keeps data demasking and data masking and zero plus clear that privacy concerns are taken into consideration. I use Salesforce Agentforce to automate tasks like booking tables, conference rooms, or providing customer support. I find the actions available in the agent very simple to operate. It's also more reliable and way easier to use, with tasks becoming very simple and requiring fewer steps to get the response I need. The initial setup of Salesforce Agentforce was straightforward; naming the agent and providing the instructions and actions made it ready to use. I also like that it integrates with payment platforms to automate payments for bookings. Sometimes we require manual support too. For example, if I want to get specific details like what are the beneficiaries we will get in booking the room, what are the services included, what are the packages included. Biggest drawback: implementation complexity and governance overhead it requires tight data hygiene, well-defined flows, and careful permissioning, or outputs degrade quickly.
