Nothing really. You have to tweak it a little bit before using it, for instant to ignore API Integrations Users, (as they get most of the action but aren't really a user) but that's about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is very user friendly as if its native to the platform. Pre-built reports that are very easy to use and allows you to have total visibility on your users who are using this within your SFDC org. You will no longer have to worry about setting up reports and dashboards that will require time to set up. Implementation would be seamless and you can be up and running in no time. An ideal application integration for those who are starting up and would like to immediately use SFDC to run their business operations without the need of hiring consultants. It can't be tailored to fit your business/process needs unlike other available 3rd party app integrations. I hope the app was built to allow users make some adjustments on these pre-built reports and dashboards so that you can include metrics that are specific to one's operations using Salesforce. I really appreciate having the ability to look into my usage statistics and understand what I'm doing well and where I could be doing better. As with most aspects of Salesforce, the interface is very user friendly with excellent simple graphics. I find the bar graphs incredibly easy to understand and they give me an instant picture as to where I stand versus my sales goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike how often (or infrequently) it updates - I would appreciate something closer to real-time updates - the system is usually half a day behind. I also wish they would remove or change the view of lenses that have no information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Generally, management isn't interested in looking at them - they're not flashy & colorful enough. Also, you need to somehow differentiate between users opening multiple logins at the same time as opposed to being continuously logged in, in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the simplicity of the interface, with its large graphics and intuitive toggles. It's very easy to understand and extract meaningful information. I like how it's easy to find within the greater SFDC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The metrics tend to change with system updates, and this can make it hard to accurately track my status. I also find that some of the metrics which aren't meaningful to salespeople still show up when viewing as a salesperson, and this can be slightly frustrating.
