**What do you like best about SALESDOCk?**

I appreciate how SALESDOCK supported us in improving conversions for the Account Executives. The personalized coaching on how to implement MEDDPICC was valuable, as it was done on an individual level, which really helped improve skills. Win rates significantly improved, making our SQL to closed won ratio exceed market standards even further for SaaS companies. The better detailed reporting on pipeline opportunities was also a positive outcome. I definitely plan to stay in contact with them and might roll out MEDDPICC to other teams due to these improvements.

**What do you dislike about SALESDOCk?**

I think it would help if the trainer, Mattus Kucera, would improve his level of English a bit, as that would give him quicker trust for native speaking colleagues. If you are more fluent in English, it's easier to express yourself in a more nuanced way.

SALESDOCK helped improve our conversion rates by training and coaching account executives, implementing MEDDPICC, and boosting win rates. Our SQL to closed won ratio is now even further above market standards, with better detailed reporting.

**What do you like best about SALESDOCk?**

What stood out most was the structured approach to sales thinking and customer conversations.

Michael Fabian was very clear in explaining how to shift from a support mindset to a proactive sales and CSM mindset. We focused on things like how to communicate with customers, the right questions to ask, how to sequence outreach, and how to target the right people for the best outcomes.

He was patient, clear, and practical in his coaching. Every session left me with clear feedback, actionable tasks, and achievable goals, and I could see my confidence and effectiveness improving week by week.

**What do you dislike about SALESDOCk?**

I don’t have any major negatives to highlight. The coaching and frameworks were practical and easy to apply, especially for someone transitioning from a support background into a more commercial role.

**What problems is SALESDOCk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving from a Support role into a Customer Success / Sales role was a big shift for me. I had spent my career in a reactive support environment, and suddenly needed to operate in a much more proactive, commercially focused way.

SALESDOCk, and my time working with Michael Fabian, helped bridge that gap. Through regular coaching sessions he helped me understand how to approach deals, negotiate with challenging customers, and manage conversations more strategically. He also helped me understand how to properly use our CRM (HubSpot), keep records up to date, document context at every stage of the sales cycle, track tasks, and clearly define next steps.

This guidance helped me move from simply reacting to customer requests to actively planning conversations, identifying opportunities, and managing deals with confidence.

What I like best about SALESDOCK is the practical, hands-on coaching and the structured approach to value-based selling using MEDDPICC. Matt brought a fresh perspective that helped challenge and refine how we run sales conversations.

At times, some of the concepts required extra effort to fully apply in real-life situations, but this was improved through the individual coaching sessions.

As an Account Executive, SALESDOCK helped me improve value-based selling approach and the use of the MEDDPICC methodology, bringing more structure and consistency to my sales conversations and qualification process.

Before working with Salesdock, our team often chased deals that were never going to close, costing us time, focus, and revenue. Their workshops and guidance helped us sharpen our qualification process using MEDDIC, so hopefully in the future only  the right opportunities will move forward.

The only drawback was that adopting the new MEDDIC-based process will require clearly extra training time for the team before the full benefits kicked in.

I’d recommend Salesdock to any sales team looking to improve qualification and win rates. Their practical use of the MEDDIC framework helps focus efforts on the right opportunities and will clearly eliminate wasted time. Be prepared to invest in training your team to fully adopt the new process — it’s for sure worth it. The improvements to our pipeline and results are already visible after the workshop within 4 weeks

Our main challenge was a combination of inefficient sales processes leading to wasted time on unqualified leads and a lower-than-desired win rate. We were spending valuable resources on opportunities that were unlikely to close and our sales team wasn't consistently focusing on the most promising prospects. This resulted in missed revenue targets and frustrated sales reps. While a new process was created internally, SALESDOCk did a great job to validate the process and improve in places over several conversations and workshops with me.

The new process has led to all opportunities being qualified properly for each stage and improved win rates.

If you contract with salesdock, be ready to give them detailed information on what you want to improve. The time they took to understand Make as a company but also the sales team (approaches, pitches, call reviews, positioning, etc) was key to the value that was delivered.

Salesdock delivered a training on MEDDPICC and fundamentals to one of the sales teams here. Rather than just going through boilerplate slides, they also took the time to get to know the team, watch calls, look at materials and understand where the gaps were to begin to close them.

Further, they continued to learn about the business and improve as we went through the reinforcement sessions. They were flexible to help different people not just with the topics but also how that information would apply to an actual situation they were facing (i.e. deal in flight). This training has helped to ensure that the team is adhering to best practice for qualification as well as using the same language when discussing deals improving information sharing.

The role-playing exercises were particularly helpful. After learning the theory behind sales techniques, we practiced in small groups of 2–4 people, which made it easier to apply the concepts in real scenarios. The moderators provided tailored feedback, which made the experience interactive and relevant. I also appreciated how their follow-up workshops every few weeks ensured we stayed engaged and continued improving.

Some parts of the training covered well-known concepts that felt repetitive, especially for experienced team members. Since we had participants with a range of sales experience—from 6 months to over 10 years—some content didn’t resonate equally for everyone.

If you want practical, business-specific sales training with hands-on role-playing and regular follow-ups, Salesdock is a great choice. However, for highly experienced AEs who’ve attended similar trainings before, the theoretical segments may feel too basic at times, in my opinion.

"What I appreciated the most was trainter quick response and ability to deeply understand the internal challenges in our sales department. I took part in a 2-day training organized by Salesdock.
An interestingly presented theory supported by examples and related to our industry.
It is not easy to conduct training for a group with more than 10 years of experience but they've made it quite well.

The trainer established good contact with the group, trying to respond their real problems.
From my perspective, it was well spent time.

I’m not a fan of practical exercises involving role-playing, but I admit that it was executed smoothly.

It's hard to say; a few things were noteworthy.

Helpfulness, professionalism and understanding of your needs. We have worked with Matus Kucera, who can rely on his experience as well as his hard-earned knowledge. He taught us several paternas that we can now use when arranging appointments. These aren't easy things, but definitely worth it!

Unfortunately, I can't mention anything here. Even though I'm a critical person, I can't find anything here. Maybe just to have the opportunity to soak up even more know-how from SALESDOCk.

I really appreciated their practial and tailored approach. SALESDOCk put a lot of effort to really understand our business and our products. As a result, we didn't get general manual or high-level advice, but highly tailored and practical guidance that we could immediately and effectively use in our sales process. That was exactly what we were looking for.

**What do you dislike about SALESDOCk?**

There was a lot of new information to process. While it's beneficial and I've learned a lot, it requires focused attention to avoid forgetting. Taking notes, tracking the progress and trying to apply as much as possible immediately would be definitely helpful to achieve better results.

If you struggle with structuring and growing your sales, I'd recommend giving it a try. However, don't expect others to do all the work for you; you'll need to get your hands dirty too if you genuinely want to see a change.

In our startup we have built our sales purely based on intuition. While it brought solid results, we felt that inefficiencies in oursales process are limiting acceleration of our growth. I am quite demanding and would like even more preparation - instructions, checklists for my traders so I can apply it right away. I got what I needed, but I always imagine I could have gotten more. But like I said, I'm pretty demanding.

I recommend choosing a training or form of collaboration to suit you, I also highly recommend setting up exact expectations and a form of communication.

Our company focuses on trading with the enterprise segment, which is a very complex business. It tool me solid five minutes to come up with something because this question is mandatory. Here it is. I usually watch videos at 1.5 speed and the current platform does not enable speeding up the tutorials. And this is the only flaw I found, I mean, how good is that?

Selling is terrifying. I thought I would never need to sell. And I couldn't be more wrong: as a fresh startup founder, I don't have much other choice. We completed the Sales Academy with several of SD experts (related to the current topic)  in person. We've always got materials before the meeting, they were on time, meetings were effective. No one judged us based on our current methods, consultants were focused on changing our mindset and preparing a scalable and easily adaptable sales process.

The service does not among the cheapest if you choose on-site trainings. But it is worth it. Thanks to the sales process we eliminated tons of hours spent with our presales engineers in meetings that were going nowhere.  We got our money back with a very first deal.
