What do you like best about SalesDesk?

All of the functional components of the program are easy to navigate. I appreciate the way the software allows me to query specific contact and sales info many different ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SalesDesk?

SalesDesk has proven to be an invaluable CRM for our GTM teams including sales, marketing, sales finance, and operations. It is exceptionally easy and streamlined to use for customer retention, marketing campaigns and account-based sales outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesDesk?

SalesDesk is an easy-to-use platform, but it certainly does not provide the level and depth of functionality and integrations of more advanced CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk and Hubspot. What do you like best about SalesDesk?

Sales Desk is a tool that is used to manage the sales team effectively. Personally, it has helped us to identify the strength and weaknesses of our sales representative and make the necessary improvements. At the same time, we have got benefited to monitor all the phases of the sales cycle and get a 360-degree holistic overview. I would highly suggest Sales operations team to test this tool for their sales team management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesDesk?

Everything so far is good. However, we have faced difficulties in the integration of the tool with other CRM systems. It could have been better if the support would have been smoother and quicker. The support system needs to be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SalesDesk?

Easier interface, even an average 60 year can use it and understand it easily. I've used various CRM's including Zoho, Freshworks, Salesforce but this is the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing much to say. when you sign up for a trial, there could be a snippet that can easily automate every workflow. But Its not a big issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SalesDesk?

It has an easy interface; even an older person can use it at ease. You can easily add/import accounts and contacts. It provides the ability to stay organized and set reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
