What do you like best about SalesDesk?

How easy this platform is to use is wonderful. This platform is so helpful for my everyday use. Keeping all my items in order is so beneficial, and I love using this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesDesk?

One of the things I do not really like about this platform is that I can not find where my list is when I look for it at the front page. All I have to do is click one other button and then I find it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SalesDesk?

As a customer of the sales desk, I thought it was an excellent experience. The sales desk is a helpful tool with many features, and they are supported. Whenever I need to use the service, I call them and get together with a representative who can assist at the sales desk & also, if any issues arise, they try their best to fix them as soon as possible. If I need any support or help in the future, I highly suggest that the standard product be priced cheaper according to its worth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesDesk?

Hi, I've been using the sales desk for a couple of months now and have noticed a few issues. These problems include: 1) The software only allows five attachments per email, which is ridiculous, especially since the forms don't work well with large files. It should allow up to 50 attachments per email 2) I can't verify my account without logging in, which is very inconvenient 3) The user interface is not intuitive and can be confusing 4) When I submit a form, it does not show up as completed even though it has been saved. 5) The staff doesn't seem to know how to use the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SalesDesk?

SalesDesk CRM platform has clear and very user friendly sales management tools. being able to manage the lead to closed deals and back-to-back communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With my experience using this CRM system there really wasn't anything bad I'd picked up though there were speed glitches when the internet connectivity wasn't good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
