What do you like best about SalesDesk?

SalesDesk has proven to be an invaluable CRM for our GTM teams including sales, marketing, sales finance, and operations. It is exceptionally easy and streamlined to use for customer retention, marketing campaigns and account-based sales outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesDesk?

SalesDesk is an easy-to-use platform, but it certainly does not provide the level and depth of functionality and integrations of more advanced CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk and Hubspot. However, it does fit the need of basic CRM capabilities and is able to scale accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SalesDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am trying to be able to frame a comprehensive view of the customer, including all of our sales touchpoints, interactions, and sales opportunity notes. I am looking to create comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for a number of key stakeholders including front line managers are our technology executives.
