What do you like best about SalesDesk?

Easier interface, even an average 60 year can use it and understand it easily. I've used various CRM's including Zoho, Freshworks, Salesforce but this is the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesDesk?

Nothing much to say. when you sign up for a trial, there could be a snippet that can easily automate every workflow. But Its not a big issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are looking for the least expensive CRM + a Helpdesk tool, SalesDesk is the one for your business. It has the best interface one could ask for, with its modules and layout, you can easily add/import contacts and accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
