What do you like best about SalesDesk?

Salesdesk is basically a software in which we gather client data and customer interaction with our business. So the best thing that most of the business company missing to interact more with the client so that they can evaluate data with the specific customer that how much they interact with our business.

What do you dislike about SalesDesk?
