What do you like best about SalesDesk?

I use SalesDesk to streamline my sales processes. I like that it is intuitive and organized, bringing clarity to complex sales processes. I especially value features like pipeline management, follow-up reminders, and deal stages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesDesk?

I'd like to have more customization options to follow my own sales process and pipeline for each client type. Adapting the platform to different types of deals or outreach motions, for example having editable and conditional fields, would make it feel more accurate to reality.
