**What do you like best about salesbricks?**

Salesbricks helps us more efficiently close customers, get paid fast, and track our revenue. It has helped us build sales infrastructure, automate administrative tasks like pricing and invoicing, and set guardrails for our sales team. With Salesbricks we’ve found consistency across deals, a seamless purchasing experience, and the ability to collect from buyers at lightning speed. The best part is that it was a breeze to get set up in comparison to Chargebee and other major players in the space.

**What do you dislike about salesbricks?**

I would like to see more enablement and training videos however their customer success and support teams are very responsive and helpful.

**What problems is salesbricks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Salesbricks we were pricing, quote, and signing customer manually. We also invoiced through Chargbeee. We’ve been able to scale our sales reps and executives can focus on critical areas of the business now that these other tasks are automated in one place.

**What do you like best about salesbricks?**

Salesbricks has truly streamlined how we manage our sales process. Being able to quickly configure prices and plans meant we closed deals faster, and the admin side of managing subscriptions has never been smoother. As someone deeply involved in the operational side, the simplicity and efficiency of the architecture is something I can vouch for. It's been a productive shift in our approach and having a tool that is sales led has made a significant impact. If you're looking for a no-brainer way to boost your sales operations, Salesbricks comes highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about salesbricks?**

Some small UI things but hasn't prevented me from getting full use of the platform.

We had a very manual process for configuring, pricing and quoting deals using 4 different systems before we standardized on Salesbricks. We have saved time and money by switching over and our sales team loves that they don't have to wait for SalesOps to support their deals.

As the Co-Founder and CEO of Deeto, I am thrilled to share my positive experience with SalesBricks. This platform has truly changed our business process within a short span of a few months. The organized pricing structures and automated subscription management have eliminated the need for manual tasks, resulting in a significant boost in our overall efficiency. The deal shaping feature has expedited our contract signing and payment processes, ensuring faster turnaround times. Additionally, the interaction tracking feature has provided us with valuable insights, enabling us to make informed decisions. I am genuinely pleased with SalesBricks' streamlined and user-friendly solution, which has undoubtedly contributed to our company's success. I took us a very short time to implement and start using it. We are using as our priamry paltform every time we sign a new contract.

Their customer support  is very helpful. They have been listenting to our feature requests, one of them they have just launched - added the ability to make it mandatory to sign each deal, even if yoy use a CC payment. They are adding more feautres making this platform more robust.

The main problem they are solving is to have one primary place from cash to order, with ease of use and tracking, while connected to SF.

At ScreenSpace, our goal is to help GTM teams offer a better buying experience through interactive video and tours. So it's imperitive that our own buying experience is also incredibly fast and efficient.

We may be experts in the PLG marketing, sales, and onboarding world – but when it comes to a fast and frictionless checkout experience, that's where we fall short.

Salesbricks quickly filled the gap and continues to exceed our high expectations when it comes to our purchasing experience and customer satisfaction. Our customers love the streamlined self-serve checkout experience. And the Salesbricks platform allows our tiny team to close enterprise-level deals in just days.

**What do you dislike about salesbricks?**

As an early adopter, we expectedly discovered a few bugs and missing features in beginning. However the Salesbricks team was very responsive and helpful every step of the way – from fixing bugs within minutes, to addressing feature request in days, to creatively working with our team to find temporary workarounds for edge-cases. As a startup founder and CEO myself, I was inspired by Jon's proactiveness to personally reach out and make sure any issues were resolved to our satisfaction.

Salesbricks has improved and automated our quote to cash workflow and set us up to scale with a repeatable sales motion to compliment our PLG. It’s given us clear insights into our sales-led revenue which has been a game-changer for making informed decisions.

Chasing down clients for invoices is the last thing I want to spend time on – Salesbricks lets us bill clients in real-time easily, makes it easy for them to understand every charge, and lets us run far more efficiently than we would otherwise.

Early startup still building out a broader team. Super responsive on Slack, but just a small team

**What do you like best about salesbricks?**

Salesbricks has been very easy for us to implement and use. As a startup founder we needed a solution that we could get up and running quickly and painlessly. When we needed to execute our first customer contracts we brought Salesbricks on and were up and running immediately. The team is highly responsive, open to feedback and product roadmap input, and always available to help.

**What do you dislike about salesbricks?**

We had one very complicated pilot/contract we needed to execute and there was a small limitation with Salesbricks being able to spit a delayed payment. However, the team again is highly responsive and we've been able to work with them to resolve situations like this in the future.

With Salesbricks we can standardize our pricing and streamline our contracts and payments.

It's SO easy to use. It takes us <30 seconds to build an order form and send it to a customer. Salesbricks e-sign functionality is excellent. I also love the Slack notifications when an order closes. It's like a little shot of dopamine :)

There's a bit of a learning curve but overall pretty easy to use.

Salesbricks has helped us streamline our sales process quity effeciently and effectively. The manner in which they bring multiple stages of deal closing together into a singular platform has really helped an early-stage founder like me save a ton of time. Also, the support that the team provides from Day 0 is exceptional.

We haven't faced any issues yet using Salesbricks. A more intuitive self-serve onboarding process is all that I could think of.

**What do you like best about salesbricks?**

Salesbricks is purposely designed to make selling and buying SaaS easy. The founders lived the pain of revops  and it shows within the product. Everything was meticulously designed to eliminate friction and accelerate the quote-to-cash process. Salesbricks is truely going to be the status quo of selling SaaS.

**What do you dislike about salesbricks?**

There are a few finance features missing from the product but the company is early stage and are developing rapidly fast.

**What problems is salesbricks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've seen CPQ systems take up to 6 months to implement and countless hours maintaining and updating areas of pricing. With Salesbricks, it takes 3 minutes to build complex pricing and packaging, set up the rating engine for usage-based pricing, and solve all friction points with their easy-to-use UI. You can clearly tell the team that designed Salesbricks lived the pain of selling software for many years.

**What do you like best about salesbricks?**

The organization I'm with has a very complex SKU catalog. Coordinating this with customers was a huge headache. Never thought there could be an easy way to set up deal review/shaping, let alone an effortless one. Salesbricks made this effortless. 

No matter how big or small the deal, Salesbricks removes many bottlenecks in handling contracts. This has sped up our sales cycles. It has saved countless hours for sales reps, leadership, and operations. Most importantly, it made our customer experience much more pleasant. This is a must for any organization, whether you have CPQ in place or not. I can send a customer a single URL link, and handle the entire paper process through that URL. Click to purchase. It doesn't get better.

**What do you dislike about salesbricks?**

Nothing to dislike. Even in situations where I was confused in how to set up an order form when I first started using it, their team was responsive within minutes to not only provide guidance, but also to jump on a Zoom and walk me through it personally.

How to make sales cycles shorter, how to save time internally on anything contract related, and how to improve the experience for our customers. It helps us win deals.

**What do you like best about salesbricks?**

Salesbricks has been very helpful in simplifying the most complex pricing and packaging issues at an enterprise level. We had to unlearn a lot of CPQ habits which make building and managing pricing and packaging and quoting painful. We are happy that we can simplify quote-to-cash for our commercial accounts as well as for our large enterprise customers all within one revenue platform.

The integration with SalesForce is still early; HOWEVER, the Salesbricks team has been great about addressing and solving all requirements that I have for them regarding the integration in a very short period.

**What problems is salesbricks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization is still very young and contains a lot of immature process including deal desk but Salesbricks made it super easy from quote to order for our sales reps to get a deal done. Literally took us an hour to stand up the platform and get our first order form out to a customer.

Super easy approach to creating plans for customers, ease of customer renewals. Also super easy to add custom SOW terms and conditions for our agreements. I've not seen a competitor product that matches this simplicity.

The team is incredibly responsive whenever we run into any potential issues. The next big thing they need to tackle for our users is international payments and payees.

Streamlined onboarding of customers, even with custom terms and conditions. Management of ongoing customer subscriptions. Simple integration to accept payments via Stripe.

It was quite difficult yo manage the data for the products categorisation and maintain pricing, checkout processes but salesbricks covers most of our problems with lots of features to resolve them.

**What do you like best about salesbricks?**

We were just starting to sell our product and needed a way to create custom quotes, track signatures, send invoices, and receive payment. 

1. We set it up in an hour 
2. Built out and saved different pricing plans - tons of flexibility  (These can be embedded on your website via API) 
3. When creating a new quote, use one of your saved plans and make tweaks via easy UI (discounts, seats, payment terms etc) 
4. Spits out a branded order form, deliverable by URL (can also download pdf but this is a lot easier)
5. Customers can click the link and pay via credit card right there, or choose to be invoiced. There's the option to allow customers to make changes to parts of the quote, like terms, etc, which is helpful to avoid unnecessary back and forth.

It has built-in signing abilities, so no need to pay for DocuSign or something similar, and automatically sends an invoice to the customer at the right time. 

 It's a simple, modern approach to payments that covers self-service and top-down sales, and is infinitely easier than something like CPQ for everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about salesbricks?**

It covers everything we need for our stage, but I could see potential gaps for a more sophisticated GTM org. With that said, Salesbricks is a startup and based on what they've released since I've been a customer, they are building like crazy and adding features on a weekly basis.

Completely unlocked our ability to close deals. Didn't need a revops person for set up or make sure we weren't missing anything. It's prescriptive and fast.

Salesbrick makes the process of closing deals easier. Before I spent so much time doing the paperwork. Now, with a few clicks, I can send the order to the other side. 
The Salesbricks team is also helpful when I have questions. When I give them feedback, they take the time to listen and execute a plan. :)

There is nothing I cant think of at the moment.
