What do you like best about SalesBabu CRM?

You have been using the CRM software SalesBabu for 3 years. My entire sales process is fully implemented in SalesBabu CRM, and the entire team takes full advantage of the software. Previously, we faced many problems of duplication of work and data, which led to inconsistencies and discrepancies as well as general unprofessionalism with low team output. The implementation of SalesBabu CRM was the best thing I did for my company, and it has helped us improve our sales process by providing us with full transparency over our sales. What do you dislike about SalesBabu CRM?

I sell batteries that are not only sold, repaired, and exchanged under warranty. I was looking for software that can manage product, invoicing, customer feedback, warranty management, and also the exchange of batteries. Everything I get in SalesBabu CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SalesBabu CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

After using some so-called international CRM products, which turned out to be white elephants, one of my clients recommended SalesBabu CRM. I started with their 5-user package for my company, and with just 2 online sessions of their CRM training, we were ready to go. With SalesBabu CRM, we were able to map our entire process, manage the sales process and sales team effectively. We were able to shorten the sales cycle and also improve our sales figures. I had to stay on top of my team to track the process and enter all details into the CRM. One of the best features I liked was the collaboration among the sales team using the note function, all details were captured. After the initial training, it was easy to use, yes, masters need to be configured initially, data needs to be assigned to different team members, but after that, everything was systematic. Whenever I called their support, they were helpful, and the training sessions were scheduled according to available slots. I will recommend this CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
