You can be very particular with the messaging both inbound and outbound with the agents. **What do you dislike about SalesAi?** There is a little bit of a learning curve on how to create the agents and their prompts. The support to get the agent fine tuned is really helpful and salesai checks in regularly to ensure the agents are being used to their fullest. **What problems is SalesAi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Outreach, leadgen, incoming calls, call support after hours. ### 2. I have been working with their team for several months and they are highly responsive and quick to ensure satisfaction. Conversational AI is difficult to do well. Their platform is far better than a text to speech play and can help reduce the burden of inbound sales and support calls. Most organization would benefit from using this technology as their front line call receiver, and they could do it 7 x 24 with ease. **What do you dislike about SalesAi?** It is priced reasonably when the [product works to your satisfaction. It may take a bit of effort to get it to meet your particular standards but the tools are there.
