Charity found the first member of our Sales Department almost a year ago, his work ethic, attention detail and talent is exactly what we needed to propel our company forward. Almost a year later I reached out to add a COO caliber individual to our ops team and she hit a home run. She found one of the most knowledgeable and experienced individuals I have met in the industry, he signed his offer letter today and will start in 3 weeks. With these two on our team the sky is the limit. I told Charity she has my business for life no matter what I am in involved in and I wholeheartedly mean that!! I know using a talent search company can be expensive, but I think when you are looking to fill a critical position, and it's important to find a candidate that is not only a skill fit, but also a cultural fit, this is the way to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sales Talent Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had very specific requirements for the sales account manager position we were looking to fill. We had spoken to several other firms and they didn't want to or didn't think they could find enough people to interview for the role. Sales Talent stepped up to the plate, did a thorough review with us to determine what we were looking for. They then set up a follow up call to review several candidates with us in order to do a callibration to make sure they were finding us the right people. Nothing really crucial. If I had to pick something, I'd say more concrete/useable advise on how to structure the position we were hiring for. They provided excellent high level recommendations for how to structure a position, but I still felt a little lost when it came to actually implementing the role.
