HighCom was in search of exceptional talent to fill various positions and turned to Sales Talent for assistance. Aaren, senior recruiter from Sales Talent, was assigned to the project. Within a few days, she presented a slate of extremely qualified applicants. Additionally, she did an excellent job of conducting initial interviews to further narrow the list to the best candidates. From there, HighCom was able to conduct more specific interviews and make their selections. Without Aaren and Sales Talent, this process would have been much more time consuming and cumbersome.
