What problems is Sales Enablement Collective solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had an extremely frustrating experience with the Sales Enablement Collective. A few days into using them I realized it wasn’t providing the value I expected and decided to cancel. I thought I had successfully canceled, but due to their long and convoluted cancellation process, it turns out my request never went through. As a result, I was automatically renewed for another year—even though I never used the platform at all during my initial subscription.
I asked them twice for a refund and thought the second year they would be more accomodating but they don't care about delivering for customers, just the bottom line. A company that actually believes in its product wouldn’t need to rely on confusing cancellation processes to trap users into another year of payments.
Beyond these business practices, the actual content on their platform is really low quality. Their templates and resources seem hastily thrown together with little thought or effort, providing almost no real value to professionals looking for actionable sales enablement insights.
I highly recommend staying away and looking for better alternatives like buying some of the more famous sales enablement books out there. Much cheaper and a lot more value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
