"Valuable Sales Skill Development Resource"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Sales Assembly?

I have been using Sales Assembly for almost a year, primarily to support our sales skill development training. I greatly appreciate how it provides content for sales skill development, especially given that our team often lacks the bandwidth. The peer group sessions are another aspect we love, as they offer significant value. I find the live programs particularly beneficial, and they often address areas where our sales team needs to develop their skills. Our Customer Success Manager (CSM) is invaluable, as she helps us align their services with our organizational priorities. This alignment includes selecting the right live sessions and skill development content with our initiatives, which are tailored to what we aim to train towards each year. I also love the ability to integrate these sessions into our enablement charter, allowing for the assignment of specific sessions to individuals, which empowers sales leaders to do the same for their team members. What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?

I would like to have more options for live programming, as the current offerings are limited to quarterly. More frequent live programs would significantly enhance the usefulness of Sales Assembly's services for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sales Assembly?

I appreciate Sales Assembly’s ability to standardize and autonomize sales training effectively, which is crucial for leveling up all our salespeople in essential areas such as account planning and prospecting. The program is particularly valuable as it brings in a multitude of professionals who are actively in the business or have been recent sellers to share their expertise, which adds a practical and current perspective to the training. I also love the structured approach they provide, which is especially beneficial for sales teams with varying levels of experience. The ease of class registration, the insightful nature of the sessions, and the availability of follow-up content make the learning experience enriching. With their holistic training model, they allow individuals to identify and work on their skill gaps, thereby promoting a personalized growth journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?

I find it challenging that the class timings often overlap with client calls, which makes it difficult for me to attend without disruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering Learning with Engaging Content"
5/5
What do you like best about Sales Assembly?

I appreciate the certification courses from Sales Assembly because they allow me to improve my customer service and sales skills while also enhancing my LinkedIn profile. I find the sessions to be welcoming, respectful, and kind, which encourages me to actively participate and ask questions. This positive environment helps me to share insights with my coworkers and motivates them to also engage in the learning opportunities. The course content is always relevant, and the teachers are thoughtful in their approach, using conversational teaching methods instead of monotonous PowerPoint presentations. This keeps the learning process engaging and straight to the point without being overly verbose. Furthermore, I enjoy connecting with the teachers on LinkedIn, as they continue to provide valuable trade tips and articles beyond the duration of the courses. Engaging with these thought leaders helps me maintain my learning trajectory outside of class. I wholeheartedly recommend Sales Assembly to my teammates and friends, especially if their company partners with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?

I feel there should be greater encouragement for employees to participate in skills training through Sales Assembly. It doesn’t seem to be promoted as often as it should within my company. I believe if there were business perks or a competitive element, like a prize for the company with the highest number of attendees quarterly, it might motivate more employees to engage in these learning opportunities. "Interactive Live Classes Enhance Professional Development"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sales Assembly?

I really appreciate the interactiveness and engagement of the live certificate classes offered by Sales Assembly. This dynamic mode of learning is far superior to merely watching videos, as it keeps me engaged and wanting more. The focus of Sales Assembly on practical skill development is evident in how they align their teachings with our company's principles, culture, and sales strategy, particularly in B2B sales. They effectively help us level up in crucial areas such as negotiation, deal strategy, and risk mitigation, which are pivotal to my role in customer success. Moreover, the peer groups offer a valuable platform to exchange insights on what works in similar industries, allowing us to try different tactics and address various challenges confidently. This sharing of real-world experiences among peers enhances my learning and application of strategies. Overall, the certificate training, peer groups, and live classes are the best parts of their offerings, making the services of Sales Assembly invaluable to my professional development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?

I find that the quality of speakers in Sales Assembly’s live certificate classes is sometimes inconsistent. While most of them are great and facilitate engaging interactions, there have been instances where speakers were unable to effectively present their material. Specific issues include presenters being off-camera due to unsuitable locations, such as working from a hotel room, or facing connectivity problems from spotty travel networks, which hinder their ability to deliver their presentations effectively.
