What I like best about Salary.com is that the implementation team is very competent and creative. I feel as if they are eager to help the client succeed right off the bat with a successful implementation process. When the team runs into issues, they look for work arounds. I feel that the look of the platform can be a bit dated and old. Also, navigation can be difficult since the layout is not particularly pleasant to look at.
