Right now, since I’m still a novice user, the best thing for me is being able to easily toggle between CompAnalyst and Salary IQ when pricing out jobs that are relevant to the account openings we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI agent needs improvement. I would like to be able to add a job description and the agent match our job description to a job in their database. I want it to match based on job details instead of job title. Right now, I don't trust the recommended matches because it is solely based on the title of the job rather than the actual contents of the job description. For system wise, it took some time to get along with it. The C level positions are not reliable. It would be great if they have more data and different feature for executive/C-level compensation for small to mid size company. I really appreciate the many integrated artificial intelligence tools, which make it very interesting, as well as the impressive amount of job data available. For example, I can send a job description to one of the artificial intelligence agents, who can automatically match it to a similar position, which truly allows me to save time. Additionally, the support during the initial setup is great. We were assigned someone to our account to train us for free and import our job descriptions into the system.
