This flexibility made the transition from our old system smoother by enabling us to gradually expand functionality. Once our engineers got comfortable with the system, making progress was much quicker, which I really appreciate. **What do you dislike about SailPoint?** Some of our core code has become complex, and we realized late in the day that we needed to change it, which proved to be quite difficult. However, I'm not sure how SailPoint could have made that easier for us. Also, a peer forum to share technical challenges would be awesome. Customization on UI with Sailpoint IIQ as its stored within Apache Servers. CAn be scalable with multiple task and UI Servers with a Load Balancer in place. Pricing is handled by a different team all together. **What do you dislike about SailPoint?** Support resolution times are often slow, which creates frustrating delays when critical issues come up. I appreciate the variety of features it offers, including professional services, which I find very nice to utilize. I also like the self-service feature that allows users to create roles themselves following a couple of simple steps. **What do you dislike about SailPoint?** I think SailPoint could improve its batch processing speeds. Right now, when we're running batches, it takes a lot of time, especially when handling tasks like processing 5,000 user entries. I feel like if there were some process improvements, the batch assignments could go smoother and quicker. Also, it would be helpful if SailPoint had a built-in SQL window to run queries directly, rather than having to connect externally to the database to fetch data. Lastly, I think there should be notifications for any roles created without properties. I primarily use SailPoint for internal access management, especially during the onboarding process for new team members. Our Development team requires access to a specific set of applications and resources, and SailPoint efficiently manages the entire provisioning process.
