SAI360 has been especially instrumental in dealing with Compliance 360 on my part as a professional working in the cloud environments. It is commendable in the way it organizes policies and streamlines actions. More specifically, the audit trail feature provides a concrete reference point whereby past actions can be retraced with great ease. I also like the way it can generate reports. Nonetheless, there are weak sides of SAI360. It seems a little bit outdated mostly at the end of its UI and UX. I love that not only does SAI360 create databases to assist Compliance Departments in managing different functions, from investigations to policies. They allow companies to create modules fit for their companies and their needs. The contract process was long and painful. Even getting the NDA was a challenge. It should not be that hard to get a simple contract and it left a bad taste for future business.
