I never have access issues or technical issues and the techs are professional and very helpful for getting respondents set up and keeping focus groups running smoothly. **What do you dislike about QualMeeting?** The platform has some features that are not entirely intuitive (e.g., starting a private one-on-one chat with a viewer), but these are not features I need often. I also don't love that client viewers need to register an account in advance, but it does seem like it's been very easy for them and I've heard of no complaints or issues! **What problems is QualMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows me to interview multiple research participants at once without the inconvenience of having to play tech support if one individual has a problem. The techs also help get the respondents on the line in the first place, avoiding a last minute scramble to contact them for my team. ### 2. I love that they have a “blind” backroom so members of my team and clients can join to view sessions without it feeling overwhelming for those being interviewed. There is a chat so that it is easy for everyone in the background to communicate with each other, the moderator and the tech support team. Having direct messaging feature is also very helpful, particularly for sending notes to the moderator in real time. The team behind QualMeeting is very dedicated to customer service, ensuring my and my projects’ needs are met at every step. **What do you dislike about QualMeeting?** The only challenge I’ve run into when using QualMeeting is that one client had firewalls that block the platform from their server. However, we found a workaround, and QualMeeting tech support was quick to help. **What problems is QualMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?** When looking for members of a very specific target audience, especially when you want that audience to be represented nationally, local focus groups are challenging and don't always fulfill research needs. We previously would have to plan multiple in-person focus groups in a handful of key cities. Now, using QualMeeting ensures we are able to connect with the right target audience effectively AND efficiently, all while making the client feel like they are included without having to coordinate travel and additional expenses. ### 3. While there are many different techs, the consistency of tech quality is better than that of other competitors. **What do you dislike about QualMeeting?** While the tech quality is relatively consistent, they are often swapping in and out throughout the week of use, sometimes even throughout a single day. **What problems is QualMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Because QualMeeting isn't Adobe based, it's creating a more seamless user experience. ### 4. It made it simple to get everyone together. **What do you dislike about QualMeeting?** This is something I'm going to have to think through. My experience was seamless so I don't have any complaints. **What problems is QualMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have a platform to record and host video interviews. QualMeeting makes things simple and seamless. We don't have to have our employees learn to be techs; we don't have to worry about project management or creating our own transcripts. ### 5. I like how easily one can participate in groups as an observer. **What do you dislike about QualMeeting?** I've never had any issues, I wouldn't be able to point out any drawbacks. **What problems is QualMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?** The fact of having technical support, which allows the researcher to not worry about any difficulties that may arise. Having the recordings in one place allows easy access and sharing through a single link. ### 6.
