All the menus are very easy to comprehend. It is not very difficult to navigate the software. The menus are very organized, and they complement the process flow. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** I don't have any dislike about Sage Intacct, maybe a recommendation. Every time we load on a child view, the data will reload on the next tab. Also, for the General Ledger view, I can recommend highlighting the total amounts in presentation view. **What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to summarized data and generate reports very quick. In accounting, having a report on time is one of our main goals. In Sage Intacct, after we encoded all the data, we can generate many reports as we like. It saves us time to do the report manually. Before we had to keep our receivables aging on an excel file, and it was a real hassle to do! **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** At first, Sage Intaact has a learning curve that can make it difficult for new users. There are many features in Sage Intaact that are not offered in other softwares, and this can make it daunting for people just starting to use Sage. I love how automated things have become - things like invoices, payments, and expense tracking basically run themselves now. The reports and dashboards are super clear, and it is easy to get both the big picture and the fine details when we need them. My personal favourite is that you put the banking information in the same stop as the vendor information. I know it's a small detail, but it saves me so much time when a vendor updates their information. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** The one feature I feel it could benefit from is having it's own payroll program - I really enjoyed that feature in Sage 300 and will miss it. Especially with the price increase. I also think there should be a way to use the same cheque number if an error is made. When I first started using the system I accidentally posted a cheque payment through top level. I reversed it in the top level and posted in at the entity level, but it wouldn't let me reuse the cheque number (even after I went in and changed the cheque sequence number). I get that it's a safety feature, but as a human we all make mistakes and it would be nice to have the option to fix it. It would be nice for future customers that are making the switch to be able to pull information from Sage 300 (if that's they system they are leaving). It took me weeks to make spreadsheets of all our AP & AR vendors (names, addresses, phone, banking info, etc.). We are a small company so I can't imagine how time consuming it would be for a large entity to make the switch. **What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is making reporting so much easier. In our previous system anytime we received new funding we would have to make all new codes (travel, honoraria, etc.). This is much easier - one travel code - just link it to the correct fund.
