It is great for the change orders, you cannot pay on change orders until the work has been approved by the owner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The accounting reports are very minimum & not complete. Have to run 3 reports to manually create 1 good report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sub-contracts were nice to be able to do on screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?

The rest of it. The PO's were cumbersome, the invoicing was terrible, the billing was difficult to correct. It wasn't a very smart system and left a lot of doors open for errors to be made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
