Sagan’s model feels much more like a true partnership than a transactional recruiter. The annual membership with credits is a great model, and the added value goes beyond just hiring. Their team has advised us on other areas of the business, and the community of entrepreneurs is top-notch. I’ve worked with many global talent companies. Sagan passport could improve in industry specific hiring protocols meaning finding people who have done the niche jobs that we request. This would allow us to have faster usage of our team members and less training. Of course, this is a Herculean task, and we understand that it is very difficult to find niche talent for our company!
