What do you like best about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

SafetyCulture turned compliance and safety processes on their head. Creation of checklists for our needs was just so easy—it saved literally hours of manual work. Their integration to the existing legal tech stack is seamless, and its volume of features kind of makes us tick all the boxes in terms of compliance checks with very little effort. The ease of implementation coupled with proactive customer support has made this pretty seamless in terms of an adoption process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitti (by SafetyCulture)?

I love most of the features, but I wish reporting were a bit more customizable. I know that core metrics are super valuable, but being able to manipulate these for exact needs around compliance reporting would be even better. Some of the advanced features do take some time to get used to, though once you're familiar with them, the value they have makes it worth the time invested. SafetyCulture systemized our compliance audits and risk management. This one allows us to digitize any kind of inspection or audit, thus reducing human error and never losing touch with the changes in regulations. The invaluable real-time risk mitigation allows us to pay more attention to larger legal strategies and feel confident that at all times, operational compliance and safety are monitored.
