The instant visualization into the production floor no matter where someone is. The images that allow us to collect further data. The platform is user friendly and does not require any IT history. The interface on the Android tablets is very user frendly. Anyone who has a smart phone is able to use it. Also, when the time is put in up front when building the audits, you can have your now electronic audit do more than just replace a paper audit; you can implement the SOP that supports the audit and ensure that it is followed. While the tablet interface is user friendly, building audits can be cumbersome and time consuming. A person definately needs to have a programming/IT background to quickly grasp it since it is its own language. I like SafetyChain's platform for its ease of use in creating forms and using those forms to gain insightful data from a food processing arena. Not only can you create forms tailored exactly to your needs as a facility and/or company, but you can build them in a way that allows your data collection to be meaningful and impactful to your business. Once the data is in SafetyChain's system, the ease of being able to use it to make informed decisions in your process is invaluable. The regular changes to the new platform i.e. changing from "browser" to LINK, makes it difficult to implement and teach to new users, as it feels like sometimes the platform is changing so frequently, we have a hard time understanding all of its unique capabilities. What stands out most about SafetyChain is its exceptional combination of ease of use and reliable customer support. The user-friendly interface makes it incredibly straightforward for our team to navigate the software efficiently.
