**What do you like best about VERO?**

VERO was easy to use and prior to being taken over had good customer services

**What do you dislike about VERO?**

VERO became very expensive and also started to do extra checks that weren't required - (over 3yrs sometimes more than 5) just so they could search internationally and charge more - some checks were costing in excess of £800.
They moved their data centre without telling us and when asked said they use a VPN.
They also refused to complete Security Check forms which had always been done prior to being taken over

**What problems is VERO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We thought VERO offered a good service, but since moving found that the 2-3 weeks for checks to be completed was actually slow as our new provider takes 1-2 days.

Vero does a great job at delivering a ton of value for an extremely competitive price.

**What do you dislike about VERO?**

It would be very helpful if there was a way to hit a webhook instead of only sending emails

**What problems is VERO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very is able to handle all my personalized automated and triggered  emails to my customers. Allowing me to fetch external data seamlessly is super helpful.
