Safe Send has easily become Best Practice for return delivery and signing. The Safe Send Suite of great products is multiplying rapidly and the Safe Send Customer Service and Product Support teams are incredibly responsive to Accounting Firm needs and tge user experience for our clients. Safesend allows me to send important file documents to all our clients in a secure but accurate method. By being able to send tax documents it not only allows us to send them conveniently through the service, it also allows our business to keep a digital copy filed away as well. Since it needs to signed by all clients, it typically can take some time to get the documents completed. Not a lot of our employees/clients have access to computers or even cellphones sometimes which can make them feel excluded.
