What do you like best about SafeSend?

It makes it easy to avoid sending corporate emails to undesired, external, unsafe recipients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SafeSend?

Safe Send has easily become Best Practice for return delivery and signing. The Safe Send Suite of great products is multiplying rapidly and the Safe Send Customer Service and Product Support teams are incredibly responsive to Accounting Firm needs and tge user experience for our clients. What do you like best about SafeSend?

Safesend allows me to send important file documents to all our clients in a secure but accurate method. By being able to send tax documents it not only allows us to send them conveniently through the service, it also allows our business to keep a digital copy filed away as well. What do you dislike about SafeSend?

Since it needs to signed by all clients, it typically can take some time to get the documents completed. Not a lot of our employees/clients have access to computers or even cellphones sometimes which can make them feel excluded. That of course, isn't an issue with Safe Send and is something that we are trying to work on with our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SafeSend:

The service is quick an easy to use. Chances are you will pick it up very quickly. This tool is very handy for those who are looking to minimizing clutter and are huge fans of doing things digitally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I realize that the service itself is very convenient despite its seemingly time consuming process (that's on us though". We of course have figured out which of our clients have the preference for the service to see who it works out for better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SafeSend?

I like that I can drag and drop the pages of a return into different categories Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SafeSend?

I dislike that non tax prepares are somewhat required to understand tax. They should not have to know if a payment is being applied or refunded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SafeSend solving and how is that benefiting you?

So far it’s ok. It’s a new software for our firm and is taking some time to get used to. I wish we got drop pre assembled returns in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
