So intuitive any "bushboy" can do it (sorry guys but you know you hate tech most of the time). I feel like if I could create my dream system it would not even be as good as this. Many people think I know a lot about Africa, and am subsequently usually the "info" department, but my superpower is just that I just know where to find stuff. Safari Portal makes it that you don't even need to know where to find info because it is all in one place! What took my assistant 4 hours to do (and she was so much quicker than I could ever be) for a proposal now takes me less than 8 minutes! I can go on for days on all the amazing things this program makes possible... but I will leave it with: I have worked on some very cheap and expensive proposal and itinerary generators. They are ants next to the giant that Safari Portal is!! It is so customizable that you don't end up sending a proposal that looks like everyone else's like some programs. Exclusivity and customization are top of the list for our clients. We couldn't be happier with the features already in place on the itinerary builder and the vision still ahead. The builder is intuitive, customizable, easy to navigate, visually stunning, and most importantly, our clients love it and always complement the itinerary presentation. I love the system's customisability and elegant design and I love the ability to edit and modify existing content easily. ALL the information travellers need is in one place and allowing them to update their guest portal gives them ownership of the itinerary. Safari Portal is a great value platform. One of the things I like best is that it's constantly evolving! There are regularly new features being added that enhance the offering, coming from a close and attentive consideration of the industry's needs. Quick, empathetic support. I would love to be able to duplicate frequently used elements to speed up new itinerary building (and know that it is in the pipeline); I don't dislike anything about the system and I know that any developments that I may want to see, will have been thought of already and will likely be in the pipeline. So there is plenty of time to experiment with it. It does take time to add content and you can get lost down the rabbit hole of creating beautiful pages; but equally, you can generate a very impressive itinerary with very little effort and minimal additional input. It feels slightly counter-intuitive leaving a review for a product that would be to the benefit of our ‘competitors’ but when something and the team around it, is so unbelievably amazing we feel as though it’s the least we can do. Safari Portal is beautiful, our clients adore it and it makes our life so much easier. On top of that the team who somehow manage to be online 24/7 are unbelievably efficient, helpful and well…lovely. No matter what the time of day, if we need any assistance or to quickly get a new property added to the portal they’re on it.
