What do you like best about Safari Portal?

I can't speak highly enough about the team behind the scenes. Yes, it makes gorgeous itineraries. However, what really stands out is the responsiveness of the team to issues, questions, ideas, or just about anything. Having a founder that is so invested in making a great product that they can take praise and constructive criticism is a godsend. That has enabled us to tailor the product to be a perfect fit for our team and our clients. It was also super easy to onboard our entire team and the platform is quite intuitive to use. We also love the recorded webinars weekly to help us all to become super-users! We are literally in this software all day, every day, and we love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safari Portal?

So far, no downsides! We're anxiously awaiting financial capabilities and CRM, but I know they're in the works! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Safari Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?
