SaaSOptics has been a lifesaver for us. It has given us access to more and better data, and a greater ability to analyze that data. It also changed our entire revenue recognition, invoicing, and collections process. Before, Quickbooks and Salesforce were completely separate for us. Now, SaaSOptics acts as the connector, automating away duplicative work. The support team has been awesome. They answer my questions almost immediately and always help me find the answer. SaaSOptics is releasing new features/updates at least monthly and they continue to make the product better. I definitely recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Maxio? The implementation process is difficult and can take quite a bit of time. The more customers/transactions you have when you implement, the more time it will take. Data Integrity: Now that our data between Salesforce and Quickbooks is connected, our data integrity has vastly improved. Data Availability: We are able to analyze more data points now with SaaSOptics Reports. Invoice Automation: Invoicing used to be a completely manual process for us. SaaSOptics has helped us to almost completely automate the invoicing process by pulling the Sales Order information from Salesforce and syncing invoices into Quickbooks. Revenue Recognition Process: We used to track our revenue in huge, unreliable spreadsheets and now SaaSOptics tracks the revenue / deferred revenue / and unbilled A/R for us.
