Saara's insights on the exchange program are meaningful. It still should offer an alternative the customer might be happy with that would be all the same the stress of unwanted replacements. The process of integrating Saara with our current inventory system has been marred with challenges. Labelling inventory issues as senses of inaccuracy of stock levels result in stock-outs, which in turn leads to item exchanges once back in stock.
