The Cap IQ team is able to answer any question I throw at them. Most of t he time the answer is to tell me how to use their system to get the data, but once in a rare while it is to tell me that their system can't help me with my query. As much as I appreciate the way they help me (and they do!), when they can't help they explain why they cannot quite get you to the finish line, by walking you through the problem of an elusive data point.
