On platform document generation makes life substantially easier and allows for more flexibility on what can be done. We have used S-Docs for over a year now. We switched from TITAN to S-Docs primarily for cost reasons, and the migration process was smooth. Converting our templates was easy.

Some issues I’ve encountered include users copying text directly from AI tools into text fields, which can cause formatting problems when the content is converted to HTML for document generation. However, this issue isn’t specific to S-Docs—it can also occur when using Visualforce pages.
