This program is quite complete and powerful, but it has functions that should improve, in the tasks when downloading files in many cases I have more than 10 and I have to do it one by one, to do this I need a lot of time and it bothers me, I also want to Enter the program to modify its interface and customize it to place in the order that I wanted and have more control and waste less time looking for the options I need or use more frequently. Would like to see a push toward more emphasis on video. It has the ability and it runs well, however it's a little less intuitive to get going.

The ease of use and navigation within the application. The ability to organize teams both public and private, direct chats with reminders, notification, and tasks has made all the difference in our daily interactions. Having communication, project management, and video/audio conferencing built into one tool makes it much easier to onboard new people to the group and get them up to speed.
