Rytfit has a great interactive UI which helps the User easy to configure, easy to operate and navigate. A user-friendly UI with built-in clear work flow takes us step by step process with ease. The best part of this tool is tracking the right talent from database (internal, job boards, social networking) for every requirement and fetches us the required details in no-time. The platform made hiring process so easy and in one place, recruiter don't have to worry about screening of right talents, AI will do it and refer talent based on your need.
