The conditional pricing feature is perfect as well as sometimes you need something a bit out of the box when setting up your own wholesale rules and this plugin suite delivers in the best way possible. **What do you dislike about Wholesale Suite?** I would love to see some shared inventory functionality with the plugin for bundled products. It would be great to list a base amount of products that another bundle could draw from and the individual items that make up that bundle could be reduced. We had to resource some 3rd party softwares that didn't really capture the function 100% but it worked enough but it would have been great if this was a native function within this suite. **What problems is Wholesale Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a solution that could help manage users and products and this suite navigates everything we were hoping to achieve. The knowledge base is excellent and will answer any questions you might have. I first tried the official Woocommerce wholesale plugin. It was expensive and very basic but in the end did not do what I needed it to do. I really like having the ability to set prices for different wholesale account types as well as on a per-product basis. The Quick Order page is one of my favorite features. It makes ordering so efficient for customers who already know what they want without having to shop around using traditional navigation. So far everything has worked well and I have not had to contact support. Of course, I initially didn't have everything setup correctly and had a few problems. But that was user error and it was quickly solved by reading up in the Knowledge Base. **What do you dislike about Wholesale Suite?** When you exclude a product from wholesale users, it is only excluded from the Quick Order form but is visible through your website navigation. What was happening was wholesale customers were not using the Quick Order form and were able to purchase products excluded form wholesale. Maybe I have something setup wrong. If you have a global discount for wholesale, you will need to set the wholesale price for excluded products on a per-product basis. The other problem is inventory control. We sell soap. I want wholesale to be able to backorder but not retail customers. I could not find a way to do this. **What problems is Wholesale Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I save so much time now that every wholesale order goes through Woocommerce and is exported to Shipstation. No more making spreadsheet invoices! Also, being able to see sales reports for each account is nice. ### 4. The best bit for me is the Wholesale Order From it's just awesome! My wholesale customer can now make orders all on one page. The onboarding process for new wholesale customers is so slick, i can vet a new wholesale enquiry within second and give them access to wholesale ordering and information within seconds. **What do you dislike about Wholesale Suite?** I think the onboarding aspect of the plugin could be a little better. Just a few more step by step by step videos would make sure I didnt miss anything on install, but i got there without them. I tried using woocommerce plugins to manage the same thing, but they lacked quite a few features such as bulk order forms that don't show discounted rates or display variations correctly. The wholesale signup also works well. In all, I would recommend this plugin. Their blog is also pretty helpful and has given us ideas on improving our wholesale site and reaching new customers. **What do you dislike about Wholesale Suite?** There have been a couple of updates that have caused obvious bugs and I was surprised these were not picked up before release. I now test updates on a test site to highlight any issues. With Shopify I had to use an app and because of that the inventory levels didn't sync when a product sold. This is honestly the biggest reason I left Shopify, this plugin has saved our sanity. **What do you dislike about Wholesale Suite?** Wholesale Lead is my least favorite, I honestly don't like the format. It would also be nice if I could upload documents into the customers information as sometimes they have to email me. If that's a feature, I haven't figured it out. I prefer to drag and drop the information I need and not have preloaded areas. I use the custom fields but drag and drop like my other apps from Shopify, are much easier in my opinion. **What problems is Wholesale Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping our inventory accurate is a blessing! Being able to assign wholesale roles is great too. Allowing roles to see what product they are able to purchase as not every wholesale product is available to every role. ### 22. NO one likes a confusing website or order form! **What problems is Wholesale Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using the Wholesale Suite my customers that want to purchase products in wholesale quantities can now do that by signing up for a wholesale account and it will be as easy and simple as checking off how many items they want of each type of product right off a wholesale order form.
