It is an easy to use platform with a dashboard that covers the needs of any type of transportation services--from the smallest rideshare services to medium cab and bus transportation businesses. For my small cab and rideshare operations, it allows me to keep track of clients, drivers and fares. It also has a convenient integrated fare payment solution that keeps track of the mileage and fares that can be paid by a customer at the end of a route. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to integrate company branding into the app, and more options for payments, such as monthly payments or other solutions. Would be better if it offered options for discounts and rewards that could easily be offered to customers through the app. Rebranding of the app with company logo or small features would be nice.
