Rycor is not exactly user friendly. It also won't compile reports based on what I need. I keep track of changes on many different accounts, and I have to copy and paste the data into a Google worksheet then delete and sort the columns according to the particular needs. It's very time-consuming and it is done at least once per day, so when I'm tracking 20+ fee accounts every day, it is really cumbersome. In addition, the terminology used within the system doesn't always mean what the average person would assume it means. This creates problems of making incorrect entries then having to figure out how to make them right. I believe it is useful, but I also see room for improvement.
