What do you like best about RxWorks?

Difficult to use for ordering as need to be letter for letter, can’t search for products. Would be better if a simplified version was available to non-management staff to reduce confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RxWorks?

Reasonably intuitive to use. Reasonable depth of functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RxWorks?

The support and customer service is deplorable. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and do not even get anywhere near SLA's as listed in their licence agreement. No acknowledgement when following up asking for a status update. It has been a real challenge to deal with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RxWorks:

Have something written into your contract where the annual maintenance is not paid if they do not hit their SLA's. Or look at other products Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RxWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nothing at this stage. Even requests to chat to sales team about purchasing new modules to optimise areas have gone unanswered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RxWorks?

The short-cut message templates saved a tremendous amount of time. RxWorks reduced the work I'd have to normally do on another platform. Telephone Support! Patient records would also transfer automatically across devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RxWorks?

RxWorks didn't have a great design. It could have a better flow so the user can read through patient notes with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Saved time and money with this product. This product benefited the company with so many useful tech solutions for communicating to clients (reminders, within-consult topics and links), patient data (lab results, imaging), analysis of business performance, and much more. What do you like best about RxWorks?

setting up appointment screen very flexible, easy to learn how to use the system, good internal messaging system - saves a lot of time on trying to find everyone around the building to pass on messages in person, clipboards can be configured easily to suit the Practices requirements, can choose to view patient histories either as a "rolling list" or clicking through visits, vast amount of information visible at a glance on the patient window. when initially learning the system, the screen was overwhelming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RxWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Can do quite a bit of setting up procedures, in house problem solving and checking management reports. There is always a helpful staff member at the end of the telephone, when we can't work a problem out our self, and most things are rectified very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
