Furthermore, I believe it is a platform that is well implemented in organizations, considering that I use it daily to facilitate the organization of my activities. **What do you dislike about Runrun.it?** I believe that sometimes there are many features that are not practical or visible in Runrun.it. In this sense, I sometimes end up getting confused regarding the filters and features that the platform offers. It might not be what I like the least, but at times I have problems with the filters. At times when I need to apply filters to view only the status of tasks from my team, the filter has a bug. In fact, evolution is something constant at Runrun. They are always looking to improve and add new features, and they maintain direct contact with the public. The service is always efficient. It is very easy to create and move tasks, create boards, projects, etc. And what I like the most are definitely the automations. They are easy to create and save a lot of time in daily activities. **What do you dislike about Runrun.it?** I think there are still some limitations, for example, there could be more automation functions available, and the filters can sometimes be confusing. There is a steeper learning curve than I expected.
