As a designer, the work is made much easier and intuitive through open tasks and comments, allowing you to consult not only the briefs received, but also the comments that correspond to the work carried out in the period in which the task remains active. The subtask and multiple name allocation functionality for the same activity allows for simultaneous review and work, covering many gaps in the human process and reducing time and errors. **What do you dislike about Runrun.it?** Not all features are fully explained, especially for first-time users I believe that not all of the possible features are clearly explained, especially for first-time users. The software seems more complex than it actually is and has alternative ways of performing workflows - which is good, but it often ends up confusing users and making it easier for human errors to occur among so many different options and views.
