**What do you like best about Runo Call Management CRM?**

The ease of the application is very much easy and number of features are good for now a days requiremenet for every b2b clients managing, and the customer support is quite knowledgable and help us a lot while setting up the process.

**What do you dislike about Runo Call Management CRM?**

We have done the intergation with fresh sales to get the calling data into the CRM but it is of no use because we cannot make a task on that this is issue we found while using the runo.

**What problems is Runo Call Management CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main goal was for taking runo service is to manage the calling service through which we have used the call recoridngs to manage the clients records and updating with the followup of the clients.

**What do you like best about Runo Call Management CRM?**

A seamless and easy set-up Outbound call tracking app with an inbuilt CRM that offers a modern mode of managing outbound sales and Tele-calling processes.

Runo helps me to manage all the business/ sales calls of my team. 

This SIM-based app does it all on the move and includes features like Caller Id, call Tracking, live team status, real-time performance metrics, and follow-up notifications, among many more.

Easy Scalability - High Contact Ratio - Low Recurring Cost - Zero Capital Investment - High Data Security.

**What do you dislike about Runo Call Management CRM?**

I'm quite satisfied with the Runo App. My all requirements match with Runo. I'm looking forward to the new features which are going to add in the future. 

They will come with new features which really helpful for us.

With Runo I can easily track my WFH employee call performance. Runo Increase our outbound calling efficiency by more than 80% Because of its unique features and GSM sim-based solution.

**What do you like best about Runo Call Management CRM?**

Android Based dialer Call center solution for recording and form fill out. What they do offer is the best in the market for now. 
We can have a double sim on our phone 
1. Personal SIM 
2. Business SIM

The incoming calls on Business SIM can only be recorded.
We have customized call dispositions as per our needs.
We have customized form fill out while staying in the call.
At the EOD, customized report as per disposition we want.
Daily report on our email.
We can send predefined templates on WhatsApp, Email & SMS.
360-degree view of customers from where we can see the entire history of interaction with them.
We can upload documents on customer profile and which can be accessed from management level.

**What do you dislike about Runo Call Management CRM?**

Reports are shown on a spreadsheet in raw format
No visual presentation of reports. It is in raw format.
You can not delete personal recordings from the app.
iPhone calls can not be recorded in the app.

**Recommendations to others considering Runo Call Management CRM:**

It contains all the features needed for an online dialer.Call recording, Location Tracking. But it is costly as compared to other competitors. It would have been cheaper.

**What problems is Runo Call Management CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits:
Mobile-based call center solution. There is no need to set up in house.
Can be remotely used and form fill outs can be done.
GSM number can be used for caling no need of virtual.
No internet connection is needed for making call.
In offline also it can be accessed.
If we don't want to use application for sometimes we can checkout and recordings will be stopped.
Live dashboard of our calling executive.
