"Good design and also fast"

Describe the project or task Runa helped with:

Runa has gotten us out of some tight spots that we can't imagine the office without her. The platform has allowed us to pay the payroll in less than an hour in the middle of the fortnight just before closing the office. It's so fast that we process the payroll in no time. Good things include the management of incidents that is linked to the payroll, so there's no need to do manual calculations externally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Runa?

What I like the most is the design. 100%. We have used other tools that were so difficult to understand, and with Runa, it's the complete opposite. It's easy. If you don't understand something, there are videos. All good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Runa?

There are definitely opportunities for improvement. For example, the 30 and 30.14 menus could have more options that are rarely used but are needed from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's incredible how this type of platform can help you; it truly is very good the way it has changed the way we work within the company and especially within this area. We are a medium-sized company, and I thought I wouldn't be able to solve these kinds of things; however, we could, and I am very happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Runa?

I think I can't say that I like one thing more than another because everything together makes things work. They don't work as separate things, but rather everything together makes it a high-quality platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Runa?

I like everything, the truth is I haven't had any problems. Maybe what I have tried to change is that we were told we had access to some talks or workshops, and I never receive the reminder. I think that should be implemented within the application to send you an alert a day before or when one is scheduled so you can join. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?

all this is good I think they won't solve anything for me if efficient processes didn't come, which was what I was looking for by acquiring software of this type and it was a good investment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are very happy with runa as they have saved us so much time processing payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Runa?

We are very happy with runa as they have saved us so much time processing payroll. We used to have dedicated people doing payroll every other week that would work full-time on just payroll and now they can get it done in less than an hour, including payment. Our employees are happier as well because they now receive payroll receipts. A feature they love is getting salary advances. A little over 10% of our employees use it on a monthly basis. What do you dislike about Runa?

We don't like that Runa is in Spanish only. While our payroll operators speak Spanish, our executives speak very little and usually communicate in English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Runa we have been able to run payroll much more efficiently. Everyone has a user including the employees. They can access their payroll receipts and get salary advances. As management, we have different access and of course, our admin has admin access. We didn't use to have all that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it came to make my life much easier because I had many problems with the payroll, I was arguing with my team a lot lately for not being on time because the employees were unhappy with all these setbacks, so I think it was something I had to solve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Runa?

I quite liked the way it is pleasant and easy to use. I think many platforms sometimes have a very high level of complexity, and in the end, you end up throwing your money away because you don't understand it, because you don't know how to use them, and this is the complete opposite. What do you dislike about Runa?

As of today, I like everything, I have no complaints, but I do think it has a great advantage that it includes the IMSS area, which I believe is very important for all of us who have businesses. However, it's also something that causes a lot of headaches if you don't have it completely resolved, and having it on this platform is something that solves your life in an incredible way.
