The ease with which activities are carried out, that is, the calculation, the connection it has with external platforms, such as IDSE, SUA, and in some cases, even the various options it has for alliances with third parties, to have other providers at a low cost. I really don't have any disadvantage, it is quite useful in all its tools, and the fact that customer service is 100% remote is a double-edged sword, since everything is resolved via the internet, via chat, or your executive, however, there is no phone line to call in case of emergency, but you do have direct contact with the assigned executive, however, if they are absent one day, you have to seek help in the direct chat on the platform.
