Run the World is the most unique event platform that I researched. Their commitment to inclusion, interaction and connectivity really democratizes the event process and is right on time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, I was very impressed with not only the product but their support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The program is so easy and convenient. During the online meeting you could meet with the 15 or more people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my opinion The Run the world program is so convenient and comfortable online platform for everyone. Therefore, I could not identify any weakness of this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
During uncertain times, we need bold and visionary leaders more than ever. We had the honor of hosting a fireside chat with Xiaoyin Qu, founder and CEO of Run The World and a cocktail networking party using RTW on behalf of JPMorgan Chase & Co. women's network recently. Run the World is an excellent online events platform that facilitates meaningful engagements, especially between like-minded strangers. It's perfect for community organizers who want to bring people together.
Good is the enemy of great. While people are getting used to remote culture using video conference tools like Zoom, we appreciate ambitious, visionary leaders like Xiaoyin who dare to #reimagine how humans connect on a deeper level online even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the platform is young, it is great at iterating and pushing out better features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had a great experience with Hannah Shen, who was really helpful throughout the entire process of preparing for and launching the symposium. Having everything you need for a symposium in the same platform including ticket sales, customizable event page graphics and more was also helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Run the World was going through some growing pains during our symposium, so we had some issues with speaker training. However, Hannah was able to resolve those issues for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was really easy to use, you can add all of the speakers in and it makes everything clear and separated. I really liked that you can create an agenda and create different types of sections for one event. I really love that it has everything you need in one platform. They will even set everything for paid tickets. Also the staff are super friendly and really accommodating. If there is anything you need help on or something isn't clear, they will fix it for you immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Before I say the things I don't like, I want to consider that this is a new platform and I have been overall very impressed.
I don't love that you have to click back into a group once the last one has ended and the video quality sometimes wasn't the best. But this is good if you only want to join a specific part of an event. Also, the free version doesn't provide you with the attendee's emails.
Also there is a signal on the page that tells you when you only have a few minutes left for the section, but the first time it happened I wasn't sure if it was going to shut off or you can go over the time. So for new users be aware that you can still run over the designated time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Was a fun way to “speed network” for a recent Technology Association of Oregon event. Met 3 great people whom I look forward to staying in contact with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The sessions moved fast and furiously. Would have liked maybe one more minute until we got used to format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Run the World was easy to use, and we all had a blast networking within the allotted time. In fact, plan to use it for virtual networking moving forward. It solved the many issues we had with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no downsides. Everything worked perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Run the World is a super-sized Zoom and superior. I was really impressed by the real-time survey questions where you could instantly see the results from everybody else on the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were some audio issues with the hosts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This platform is incredible for hosting events. Super easy to use, amazing UI that looks really nice, and events are much more genuine with the cocktail features and screenshot features they've implemented. Even just the speaker layout is a huge stepup from Zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only thing that is a bit difficult is the signup process especially for new users. Since Zoom only requires a link and you're into any events, this platform requires a signup process for attendees (which is understandable so they can get more users), but does complicate the process a bit more.
